  • 14 g Sugar
  • 20 g Garlic
  • 13 ml Sesame Oil
  • 134 g Maggi® Oyster sauce
  • 99 g Soy Sauce
  • 60 g Snow Peas
  • 100 g White Onion
  • 88 g Red bell pepper (julienned)
  • 107 g Yellow bell pepper (julienned)
  • 2 g Black Pepper
  • 112 g Broccoli
  • 93 g Green bell pepper (julienned)
  • 5 g Ginger
  • 10 g Onion Springs
  • 306 g Steak Tenderloin
  • 500 ml Water
  • 2 g Salt
  • 20 ml Canola Oil
Preparation

    Cooking Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boil with stirring until the sauce thickens. Set aside.

    Heat Sesame oil in a frying pan or a wok and fry beef slices for 4 mins or until they become brown in color. Add all vegetables and Maggi Oyster Sauce stir for another 2 mins.

    Add salt and black pepper to the boiling sauce on top of the vegetables and bring to boil then simmer on low heat for 1 minute.

    Serve with Boiled rice, if desired.
