  • 397 g NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk®
  • 6 pcs Eggs
  • 800 g Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 300 ml Heavy Cream
  • 30 g Flour
  • 5 g Vanilla Essence
  • 120 g Kunafa Dough
  • 25 g Ghee
  • 4 g Rose Petals
  • 23 g Pistachio, Crushed

    Preheat oven to 200 degrees making sure oven rack is placed in the center of the oven. Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan, and layer with a sheet of parchment paper. Lightly butter this parchment paper sheet.

    Beat softened cream cheese and NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk® in a stand mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Add the eggs one at a time, then the vanilla. Reduce mixer speed to low, then slowly stream in the heavy cream.

    Turn off the mixer, sift in the flour, and fold it into the batter until combined.

    Mix ghee with kunafa and set on the base of the cake mold (keep a small amount on the side for decorating) and bake for 12 min before you pour the cheese mix in.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until top has turned golden brown, the edges are set, but the center still has a jiggle to it.

    Let the cheesecake cool on the counter until it comes to room temperature, then chill it for another few hours in the fridge.

    Top with the remaining kunafa dough (baked) and garnish with rose petals and crushed pistachios.
