- 14 g Sugar
- 20 g Garlic
- 13 ml Sesame Oil
- 134 g Maggi® Oyster sauce
- 99 g Soy Sauce
- 60 g Snow Peas
- 100 g White Onion
- 88 g Red bell pepper (julienned)
- 107 g Yellow bell pepper (julienned)
- 2 g Black Pepper
- 112 g Broccoli
- 93 g Green bell pepper (julienned)
- 5 g Ginger
- 10 g Onion Springs
- 306 g Steak Tenderloin
- 500 ml Water
- 2 g Salt
- 20 ml Canola Oil
Preparation

1Cooking Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boil with stirring until the sauce thickens. Set aside.

2Heat Sesame oil in a frying pan or a wok and fry beef slices for 4 mins or until they become brown in color. Add all vegetables and Maggi Oyster Sauce stir for another 2 mins.

3Add salt and black pepper to the boiling sauce on top of the vegetables and bring to boil then simmer on low heat for 1 minute.

4Serve with Boiled rice, if desired.
