INGREDIENTS

Chicken Drumsticks:

  • 800g Chicken Drumsticks
  • 55g MAGGI® Smoked Seasoning
  • 20ml Corn Oil

Smoked Sauce:

  • 50g Dijon Mustard
  • 100g Mayonnaise
  • 30g MAGGI® Smoked Seasoning

Side:

  • 180g Smoked French Fries

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Chicken Drumsticks:

  • Rub corn oil and MAGGI® Smoked Seasoning on the chicken drumsticks.
  • Marinate for 6 hours before baking at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Smoked Sauce:

  • In a blending container, combine Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and MAGGI® Smoked Seasoning.
  • Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until well combined.
  • Set aside until serving.

Side:

  • Prepare 180g of smoked French fries as an accompaniment.

Serving:

  • Plate the smoked chicken drumsticks with a side of smoked french fries.
  • Serve the smoked sauce as a dip.
