- 45g - MAGGI® Khaleeji Seasoning
- 500g - White Rice
- 1l - Water
- 30g - Ghee
Preparation

1Soak the rice for 30 minutes.

2In a pot, bring the water to a boil then add MAGGI® Khaleeji Seasoning and ghee.

3Drain the soaked rice and add to the boiling stock and mix well.

4Cover the pot and simmer the rice on low heat for 11 minutes.
