Ingredients
- 100 g NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk®
- 6 pcs Whole Eggs
- 800 g Cream Cheese
- 50 g Cocoa Powder
- 300 ml Fresh Cream
- 20 g Flour
- 5 g Vanilla Essence
- 1200 g KITKAT® Spread
- 80 g KITKAT® Mix In
- 100 g Strawberry
- 100 g KITKAT® Spread
- 6 pcs KITKAT® Mini Finger
Preparation

1Preheat oven at (200 degrees) making sure oven rack is placed in the center of the oven.

2Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan and layer with a sheet of parchment paper.

3Lightly butter the parchment paper sheet.

4Beat softened cream cheese and NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk® in a stand mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.

5Add the eggs one at a time, then add vanilla. Reduce mixer speed to low, then slowly stream in the heavy cream.

6Turn off the mixer, sift in the flour, and cocoa powder and keep mixing.

7Add KITKAT® Mix In and KITKAT® Spread and mix slowly.

8Place the dough in stainless steel round pan and bake for 35 minutes at (165 degrees).

9Mix KITKAT® Mix In with melted butter and shape as base in mold.

10Keep a small amount on the side for decorating.

11Bake for 12 minutes before pouring the cheesecake mix.

12After pouring the cheesecake mix, bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until top has turned golden brown, the edges are set but the center still has a jiggle to it.

13Let the cheesecake cool on the counter until it becomes cold.

14Top with KITKAT® Mini Finger, KITKAT® Spread and strawberry.
