  • 60 g NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk®
  • 250 g MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder
  • 1 Litre Water
  • 100 g Egyptian Rice
  • 10 ml Vanilla Essence
  • 2 pcs Cardamom Seeds
  • 1 pc Cinnamon Stick
  • 50 g Almonds (Raw)
  • 80 g Dates
  • 70 g Dried Apricots
  • 35 g Raisins
  • 45 g Dried Cranberries
  • 25 g Dried Pomegranates
  • 240 ml Qamar El Dine Syrup
Preparation

    Boil some water and soak the rice in it for 30 minutes.

    Mix MAGGI® Coconut Milk powder with the 1l water and place in a casserole.

    Heat the coconut milk then add the vanilla, NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk®, cardamom seeds, cinnamon stick and rice.

    Boil on low heat while mixing constantly for 20-25 minutes until the rice is cooked through.

    Portion and place in the serving cups and cool in a chiller for at least 2 hours.

    Chop all the dry fruits and nuts to desired size (different sizes allow for better texture).

    Add the Qamar EI Dine Syrup and mix, leave it to rest for some time for the fruits and nuts to absorb the syrup.

    To serve, spoon some of the topping on the coconut rice pudding and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled.
