Ingredients
Ice-Cream
- 500 ml Fresh Cream
- 200 g NESTLÉ® Sweetened
- Condensed Milk®
- 100 g Glucose
- 20 ml Vanilla Syrup
Sweet Taco Dough
- 60g Flour
- 90g Corn Flour
- 60g Butter
- 90g Sugar Powder
- 7g Vanilla Syrup
- 90g Egg White
Stuffing
- 50g KITKAT® Mix In
- 130g KITKAT® Spread
- 13g Dry Berries
- 15g Fresh Raspberry
- 7g Mint Leaves
Preparation

1Add ingredients in dough mixer and mix for 3 minutes until you get a soft dough.

2Cut dough into round shapes, thinly spread on the baking tray and bake at 175 degrees for 4 minutes.

3Immediately place the baked dough onto a round cylinder and let it cool to get the taco shape.

4Boil cream with sugar, glucose and NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk®.

5Add vanilla and mix together.

6Place in ice cream machine to get soft ice cream.

7Stuff sweet tacos dough with KITKAT® Spread.

8Then add a scoop of ice cream.

9Top with KITKAT® Mix In and garnish with raspberry and mint leaves.
