The rich flavor of NESTLE® Dolce De Leche Caramel Sauce transforms a familiar breakfast favorite into a decadent dessert. The creamy custard-soaked brioche, infused with vanilla and cinnamon, perfectly complements the luxurious caramel sauce, creating a truly memorable experience for your patrons.

Ingredients:

800g French Toast Brioche

400ml Full Fat Milk

13g Vanilla Paste

2g Cinnamon Powder

NESTLE® Dolce De Leche Caramel Sauce (for drizzling)


Toppings:

135g NESTLE® Sweetened Condensed Milk

40g Butter

400g Mixed Berries

Icing Sugar

6 Pcs Vanilla Chocolate Ice Cream Sticks

Instructions:

Prepare the Custard: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla bean paste, and cinnamon powder.

 

Soak the Brioche: Cut the brioche bread into 3cm thick slices. Soak each slice in the custard mixture for 30 seconds per side.

 

Cook the Brioche: Heat butter in a pan or on a flat grill top over medium heat. Once melted, add the soaked brioche slices and cook until golden brown on both sides, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.

 

Plate and Serve: Arrange the cooked brioche slices on serving plates. Top each slice with a vanilla ice cream stick and your favorite mixed berries.

 

Finishing Touches: Drizzle generously with NESTLE® Dolce De Leche Caramel Sauce and dust with icing sugar for a sweet finish.
