Using our MAGGI Professional range, this tropical-inspired dish is your secret weapon to transport your guests back to the sandy beaches, swaying palm trees, and warm sunshine of their most cherished summer getaways.

INGREDIENTS

Pizza Base:

  • 250g Pizza Dough

Coconut Béchamel Sauce:

  • 100g MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder 
  • 400g Water
  • 30g Flour
  • 30g Butter
  • 1g Pinch of Salt

Toppings:

  • 170g Chicken (Marinated in MAGGI® Chicken Stock Powder)
  • 1 sachet (22g) MAGGI® Powder Chicken Bouillon
  • 50g Pineapple
  • 20g Green Bell Pepper
  • 30g Red Bell Pepper
  • 20g Onion
  • 150g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1g Dried Oregano

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C. Roll out the pizza dough onto the pizza disk as per desired thickness. Place the pizza base onto the baking tray.
  • In a saucepan, combine water, flour, butter, and a pinch of salt. Stir over medium heat for 5 minutes until the sauce is thickened. Add the MAGGI® Coconut Powder into the béchamel sauce and stir continuously to form an even consistency.
  • Top with pineapple, sliced green bell peppers, red bell peppers, onions, and chicken (marinated in MAGGI® Chicken Powder).
  • Add a generous helping of shredded mozzarella cheese or any preferred cheese mix and season with dried oregano.
  • Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven until the base is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with dried oregano and serve drizzled with olive oil, if desired.
