DOUGH
- 100g NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk®
- 6 Eggs (whole)
- 800g Cream Cheese
- 50g Cacao Powder
- 300ml Fresh Cream
- 20g Flour
- 5g Vanilla Essence
- 300g KITKAT® Cocoa Spread With Wafer Pieces
- 50g KITKAT® Mix In
GARNISH
- 300g KITKAT® Cocoa Spread With Wafer Pieces
- 100g Strawberry
- 36g KITKAT® Mix In
- 6 KITKAT® Finger
PREPARATION METHOD
DOUGH
- Preheat the oven to 200 ºC making sure the oven rack is placed in the center of the oven.
- Lightly grease a 9-inch spring form pan, and layer with a sheet of parchment paper.
- Lightly butter this parchment paper sheet.
- Beat softened cream cheese and NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk® in a stand mixer on a medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, then the vanilla. Reduce mixer speed to low, then slowly stream in the heavy cream.
- Turn off the mixer, sift in the flour, cacao powder and keep mixing.
- Add KITKAT® Mix In and KITKAT® Cocoa Spread With Wafer Pieces and mix slowly.
- Place the dough in a stainless circle and bake for 35 min at 165 degrees.
- Cool down in a chiller for almost 3 hours.
- Cut into triangular shapes.
- Heat KITKAT® Cocoa Spread With Wafer Pieces and top it on San Sebastian cake then add KITKAT® Mix In and berries aside.
