By crafting a dessert that’s not only delicious but also a visual feast of color and whimsy.

Introducing our Layered Joy Cake – a dessert designed to chase away the post-holiday blues and reignite the spark of holiday cheer. This masterpiece blends the rich creaminess of NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk, the soothing warmth of vanilla, and the playful pop of Smarties® to create a dish that’s as uplifting as it is indulgent. Each colorful layer reminds diners that joy can be found in every bite, no matter the season.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50 g vanilla sponge cake

 

Cream Stuffing:

  • 200 ml fresh cream
  • 50 g NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk®
  • 10 g vanilla syrup

 

Topping:

  • 180 g NESTLÉ® SCM Squeezy Pistachio
  • 120 g Smarties® Mix In

 

PREPARATION METHOD:

Cream Stuffing:

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave and allow it to cool until it reaches 34°C.
  2. Using a mixer, whip the cream with NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk and vanilla syrup.
  3. Add the melted white chocolate and mix until you achieve a smooth, soft cream.

 

Assembly:

  1. Cut the sponge cake into circular layers and stack them in three layers, each filled with the cream.
  2. Freeze the assembled layers for 1 hour.
  3. Wrap the cake with a plastic ribbon specially made for pastry.

 

Garnish:

  1. Top the cake with NESTLÉ® SCM Squeezy Pistachio and mini Smarties® Mix In.
  2. Unwrap and serve with a flourish.
