TURN SUMMER PLANS INTO PROFIT WITH A SMOOTHIE

Enter our Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie, your marketing ticket to becoming the place people have to visit when summer calls for a cool and creamy antidote to July's blazing heat.

 

MAIN RECIPE

 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 240ml Chocolate Milk or Chocolate Almond Milk (tetra pack)
  • 200g Chocolate Ice
  • 50g Peanut Butter
  • 35ml Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 25g Ice Crushed
  • 20g Whipped Crea

 

METHOD 

To make Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie, add 240ml of chocolate milk, 200g of chocolate ice, 50g of peanut butter, 35ml of Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk into a blender and blend until everything is together. 

 

ASSEMBLY

  • To assemble the Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie, pour 250ml of the peanut butter smoothie mixture into a tall glass.
  •  
  • To finish, add 20g of whipped cream.

 

CHOCOLATE ICE

INGREDIENTS 

  • 50g Cocoa Powder
  • 200ml Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 600ml Whipping Cream
  • 10g French Vanilla Past

 

METHOD 

1. To make Chocolate Ice, in a small bowl, mix 200ml of Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk, 50g of cocoa powder and 10g of French vanilla paste until the mixture is completely smooth. 

2. Into a large bowl add 600ml of whipping cream and use an electric hand whisk to beat the cream until it reaches a soft peak. 

3. Next, add in the condensed milk and cocoa mixture and continue whisk to reach a soft peak again. 

4. Decant the ice cream into a freezer safe container. Freeze until solid (about 3-4 hours or overnight)
