Ingredients
Ice-Cream
  • 500 ml Fresh Cream
  • 200 g NESTLÉ® Sweetened
  • Condensed Milk®
  • 100 g Glucose
  • 20 ml Vanilla Syrup
Sweet Taco Dough
  • 60g Flour
  • 90g Corn Flour
  • 60g Butter
  • 90g Sugar Powder
  • 7g Vanilla Syrup
  • 90g Egg White
Stuffing
  • 50g KITKAT® Mix In
  • 130g KITKAT® Spread
  • 13g Dry Berries
  • 15g Fresh Raspberry
  • 7g Mint Leaves
Preparation

    Add ingredients in dough mixer and mix for 3 minutes until you get a soft dough.

    Cut dough into round shapes, thinly spread on the baking tray and bake at 175 degrees for 4 minutes.

    Immediately place the baked dough onto a round cylinder and let it cool to get the taco shape.

    Boil cream with sugar, glucose and NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk®.

    Add vanilla and mix together.

    Place in ice cream machine to get soft ice cream.

    Stuff sweet tacos dough with KITKAT® Spread.

    Then add a scoop of ice cream.

    Top with KITKAT® Mix In and garnish with raspberry and mint leaves.
