Ingredients
  • 20g - MAGGI® Smoked Seasoning
  • 90g - Breaded Calamari
  • 110g - Breaded Shrimps
  • 80g - Breaded Chicken
  • 270g - Corn on the Cob (pre-boiled or pre-steamed and quartered)
  • 2g - Butter (for brushing corn)

  • 70g - Smoked Mayo Dip

    COMBO BASKET:-In a deep fryer, deep fry the breaded calamari, breaded shrimps and breaded chicken one at a time.

    Brush the pre-cooked corn with butter spray then charcoal it on a grill until it gets a golden color.

    Combine all the fried items and corn in a large bowl, season with MAGGI® Smoked Seasoning, and toss well to ensure that the seasoning sticks to all items.

    SERVING:- Place the items in a lined basket and serve alongside smoked mayonnaise dip.
