- 236 g Buitoni® Tomato Coulis
- 500 ml Water
- 500 ml Water
- 5 g Salt
- 9 g Parsley
- 12 g Mixed Cheese
- 4 g Tarragon (Chopped)
- 162 g Crab meat (Fine Minced)
- 162 g Chopped shrimp (Fine Minced)
- 5 g Basil
- 59 g Chopped Onion
- 162 g Lobster meat (Fine Minced)
- 400 ml Milk
- 4 g Minced garlic
- 36 g Flour
- 4 g Nutmeg
- 1 g White Pepper
- 169 g Cannelloni
- 20 ml Olive Oil
Preparation

1Cooking Boil cannelloni in water for about 5 mins.

2Blend the shellfish (Chopped shrimp, crab meat and lobster meat) until fine minced.

3Heat pan with olive oil and butter and add chopped onions – fry until brown.

4Add Minced garlic, salt to taste and add the minced shellfish with herbs.

5Place the cannelloni with the shellfish stuffing in a casserole dish, and top it with Buitoni® Tomato Coulis & mixed cheese.

6Preheat oven to 220⁰C for 15 mins.
