  • 1 g Sesame Seeds
  • 1 g Salt
  • 25 g Sugar
  • 10 ml Olive Oil
  • 1 g Black Pepper
  • 6 g Green onion
  • 35 g Garlic (Chopped)
  • 16 g Ginger (julienned)
  • 47 g Maggi® Oyster Sauce
  • 297 g Shrimp
Preparation

    Cooking Pre-heat Olive oil and butter in a pan. Add garlic and ginger into the pan and stir until brown.

    Add shrimps, Maggi Oyster sauce and stir until prawns are golden brown. Add sugar and black pepper and stir fry for 5 mins.

    Top shrimps with Sesame Seeds to garnish.
