- 188 g Buitoni® Tomato Coulis
- 22 g Butter
- 100ml Fresh Cream
- 1g Dried herb – Fenugreek
- 117g Parmesan cheese (shaved)
- Salt and Pepper
- 372g Egg (6eggs)
Preparation

1Cooking Add tomato coulis and fresh cream into a pan.

2Add eggs into the pan and stir evenly.

3Add some dried fenugreek, Red Pepper Chili Flakes, and 1 gm of salt and 1 gm of white pepper.

4Mix for 5 mins until cooked.

5Garnish with Fenugreek
