Ingredients

Pasta

  • 10g MAGGI® Professional Truffle Seasoning
  • 200g Cooked Penne Pasta
  • 220ml Cooking Cream
  • 70g Fresh Brown Mushrooms
  • 20g Butter

Garnish

  • 15g Parmesan Cheese
  • 2-3 Fresh Basil Leaves

Method

  • Melt butter in a pan on high heat, then sauté the mushrooms for 2 minutes.
  • Pour in the cooking cream and bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Stir in the MAGGI® Professional Truffle Seasoning until well combined with the cream.
  • Reheat the penne pasta in boiling water for 45 seconds, then add it to the truffle cream and sauté for another 45 seconds before serving.

SERVING

Plate the pasta, grate parmesan cheese on top, and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
